Nicki is a marvel. Friendly, knowledgeable and laid-back. This is the first time I've not been in pain for over a month - and it feels wonderful. Too much of my work is sat down, hunched over a laptop and to be able to do that again, without wincing in pain feels fantastic. HIGHLY recommended.
